TTP provides transport planning & highway design consultancy services to the property development industry. We support developers, landowners, funds and tenants to add value to and manage their assets. We collaborate with architects, planners and other professionals to achieve successful outcomes on development projects.
From scheme feasibility, through planning, detailed highway design or expert witness, our core product is the preparation of material to support a development proposal, namely Transport Assessments/Statements, Travel Plans, Delivery & Servicing Plans and Construction Traffic Management Plans, underpinned by the strength of a commercially aware team of highly committed staff.
TTP is currently engaged on a wide variety of development proposals across the London Boroughs and throughout England in the residential, commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality and education sectors including a number of mixed-use schemes in challenging locations.
