103 Camley Street is a large mixed use development located adjacent to Regents Canal to the north of St Pancras Station. The scheme falls within the King’s Cross Opportunity Area and is led by 307 student accommodation units alongside 40 residential units, office incubator units and ancillary retail uses. Following discussions with the London Borough of Camden and the Greater London Authority, planning permission was granted in 2012 and work has started on site.
